Digipak idea

This is my Front and back cover of my planned digipak.
I wanted to have many images of my chosen character/artist (me) at different angles and actions.
I got the idea from Examples' album (Won't Go Quietly)

Todays work (22/11/10)

Today i finished planning and annotating my design for my Album cover and back, i feel it is very simple and affective, and fits with the style of my music video. I feel it continues the style of my music video because in my music video the camera is focused above shoulder height most of the time and on the face, which i am carrying over to the album cover where i shall have pictures of me above my shoulders, in different clothing and props placed neatly over the front cover, similar to a window.
I shall hold up print outs of letters of my artist's name to go on the front of the album.
On the back of the album i shall have around eleven songs which will be placed top left of the page. Towards the bottom right of the page i shall have some more picture frames of me scattered so the style from the front continues towards the back.

(I shall post a picture up soon)

Digipak Research

A Simple fold digipak. The colours and the 'spilt coffee' look which is also used on the CD keeps the theme throughout the digipak.

For my digipak i would keep the theme throughout to make it look more professional.

This is a album cover and theme i may go throughout my digipak, reason being, in my music video i used many people with camera angles just catching their shoulders and above, so i think this would fit in if i took the characters, took a picture on a white background and put them on the front, and then have the picture of the main character (myself) in the middle of the shot, slightly bigger.

I shall draw up a draft of my ideas and analyse them, i shall put them on my blog soon.
